The hotel location is superb as it is linked to the Tunjungan Plaza. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk were able to provide the rooms close to one another and also the request for the connecting rooms. The service at the breakfast Bromo Cafe was excellent. The staff was very kind to prepare gado-gado and pisang goreng which my sister requested as it was not among the buffet spread.

Extremely attentive and polite staff, hotel is very well maintained and the rooms/bedding/bathrooms are of a high standard. The food is of a high & reliable standard. The club lounge offers good hospitality and is fair value within the cost of a club room.

I loved being welcomed by a wonderful check in person. I loved the room. I loved the view from the room. I loved the super comfy big bed. I loved the spaciousness of the room. I loved the huge shower head in the shower. I loved the bathroom supplies. I loved the restaurant for our meal. I loved the buffet breakfast that was included. I loved the peacefulness of the Koi pond near the restaurant.

The hospitality staff are excellent in catering to the needs of guests. Special mention must be made to staff at the Club Lounge & Bromo Kafe. Chef Fitri went beyond to extend her services to us. Alfandy, Wanda, Rika, Jojok and the rest of the team really made us feel special. At the Club, Alfian, Pak Wisnu, Pak Arif and team also made us feel like Sheraton.Surabaya is our 2nd home. Truly five stars in service.

Location, connected to Tunjungan Plaza, one of the best Shopping Centre in Surabaya Breakfast, Surabaya traditional food is authentic and excellent Employees, all of them very friendly and very attentive to guests offering their best just to make guests happy and enjoying their breakfast

Very nice breakfast and excellent service from the hotel staff. Big thanks to Fitri and Ahmed Sico for making some specific foods outside buffet breakfast. Location wise this is the best hotel in Surabaya. Big shopping centre next to the hotel and lots of food and shopping options. Reception people were wonderful and allowed me early check in and late check out. It's a very good hotel.

In many ways a standard business hotel, located within a big shopping mall property. Functional rooms, size of gym and pool area are above my expectations.
